SVS is known for their high-performance, value-packed subwoofers, and they're bringing the bass yet again. The SVS PB-1000 Pro is an upgrade to the already impressive and very popular PB-1000. This new "Pro" version borrows high-end technology from SVS' award-winning 16-Ultra Series, so it can pack in even more thunder while maintaining an attractive price point.
Call down the thunder

Power and precision
The PB-1000 Pro doesn't just hit hard — it also hits with finesse. The woofer's stiff, lightweight vented aluminum cone stays in control while still moving a ton of air. At the same time, the cabinet's internal structure is reinforced to prevent resonance and coloration. These factors combine to help the sub faithfully reproduce low frequency detail.
Intelligent, customizable bass
A highly sophisticated 50 MHz DSP (Digital Sound Processor) helps you refine the PB-1000 Pro's power even further. You can conveniently connect via Bluetooth® and adjust the DSP with a smartphone app. This lets you tune the sub to your room, save custom presets, and make subtle adjustments with three-band parametric equalization controls.
A rear-panel control interface also gives you manual control of the sub's output levels, room gain, low pass filter, and phase. With this much control, the PB-1000 Pro makes it easy to get your bass exactly the way you need it. In a pretty cool gesture, SVS will even provide port tuning plugs for free if you reach out to them. You can use these plugs to block one or both of the ports, effectively transforming the sub into a sealed unit. This lets you custom-tune how deep or loud your bass output is.
